Make-up tips

  • Don’t wear any makeup
  • Wear as much makeup as you possibly can
  • Wear only what you can steal
  • Don’t think there’s anything you need to wear when you don’t want to (eg. mascara on light lashes, foundation with everything)
  • Choose your colours without looking at them
  • Let a baby apply your makeup
  • Cover up your spots with concealer etc. IF that makes you feel better
  • Cover up your spots with glitter
  • Draw on spots
  • DON’T appropriate cultures or try to look like a different race, this one is not optional
  • Ask a boy what makeup he thinks looks best then ignore it
  • Write political messages, love poems, food orders etc. on your face
  • Colour your nipples and keep it a secret
  • Then show them to people
  • Something about how you can get bacteria from old makeup that’s been open longer than the time it says on the packaging, but usually just ignore that if you feel like it because you’re not made of money
  • Put your ideal make-up on a towel, then put your face into the towel
  • Use a make-up gun. Set it to ‘whore’
  • Draw on a moustache, monobrow, or even facial hair that doesn’t actually exist
  • Apply with a spoon
  • Be inspired by your childhood and go as a tiger
  • Be aware that lots of people are allergic to perfume and other scents
  • Read/watch tutorials and try them
  • Ultimately just practice and see what works best for you
  • If you like makeup but not wearing it, carry round a Girl’s World head to show off your skills
  • Emphasise your worst feature
